Where required by Irish consumer law, you have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase; this right does not apply where digital content has been delivered with your express consent during the withdrawal period.

5. Custom Research and Advisory Services

Engagements for custom business research, sector analysis and advisory briefings are governed by a separate written proposal or engagement letter agreed between you and Munster Economic Review. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter shall prevail.
