- Subscription fees, where applicable, are stated at the time of purchase and are payable in advance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time by notifying us at [email protected]. Where required by Irish consumer law, you have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase; this right does not apply where digital content has been delivered with your express consent during the withdrawal period.
- We may modify the composition of our publications from time to time. Where a change materially reduces the value of a paid subscription, we will notify subscribers in advance.
5. Custom Research and Advisory Services
Engagements for custom business research, sector analysis and advisory briefings are governed by a separate written proposal or engagement letter agreed between you and Munster Economic Review. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter shall prevail.
6. No Professional or Investment Advice
